General Notice

It is our main to have satisfied patients and to meet expectations of service and care. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service or care, please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to address your concerns promptly. We ask you to make formal complaints in writing. We aim to resolve any complaints as efficiently, effectively and politely as possible. We take complaints seriously and take great care to protect your confidentiality.

How to complain

Please send formal written complaints via email to office@jcfacialsurgery.com.

Acknowledgment

We will aim to send a quick email confirmation within 24 business hours. We will formally confirm receipt of your complaint within 3 working days, providing information on the complaint’s procedure and investigator's details.

Investigation

The complaint and your concerns will be reviewed by the practice manager and clinician.

Formal response

We will send you a written outcome detailing findings, actions, and resolution proposals. We aim to provide this within 15 business days for general complaints and 30 business days for clinical complaints.
